At EcuaMex Floral Design LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality floral products and reliable customer service.
We offer local deliveries and shipping within the United States, subject to product availability.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, order volume, and inventory availability.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, along with a valid contact phone number.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact them to arrange a new delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply.
Once the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, EcuaMex Floral Design LLC is not responsible for loss, damage, or deterioration caused by weather conditions, third parties, or unattended deliveries.
During high-demand holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and other special occasions, delivery times may be adjusted due to increased order volume.
Order Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
Custom orders, personalized floral arrangements, and products that have already entered the production process cannot be canceled.
Orders that have already been prepared, shipped, or delivered are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
If EcuaMex Floral Design LLC is unable to fulfill an order for reasons beyond the customer's control, a full refund or a suitable replacement will be offered.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Order Changes
Requests to modify products, quantities, colors, or delivery addresses must be submitted in advance and are subject to product availability.

We accept returns within 1 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange your return.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
